    Hello Joseph,

Did you try out the suggestion from MamboMagic (Fn + F8 keys)? Did it work? Were you able to link to the sites he mentioned? What is the status of your issue please?

    Regards,

    Hello Joseph,

Here is the link to the dell site and the driver for your monitor:  http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails?driverId=0M4PF . Though its listed as "optional", I suspect that to get you out of your current predicament, its probably mandatory. Download and install the driver and see if that allows you to get out of power saver mode.

Let me know if this fixes the issue for you.

    Regards,

    BearPup

    Hello Joseph,

Most people who contact us do so on a spare computer, if you don't have one perhaps you know someone with a computer you could download to. But it does beg the larger question, of the usability of your machine. Can you boot into Safe Mode? Press and hold the F8 Key while your computer is booting up, and hold it until you see the B&W screen, where you select ,Safe Mode with networking. Can you do that on your computer? If not, where does the process go awry?

If you can answer these questions, I'll try to provide additional assistance to you.

    Regards,

    BearPup

Do I just do this on my phone or something? I ask because my computer is currently unaccessible.
