uninstall smart doctor

Sorry old school, user file is the sign on with limited use of the administration programs. It's so another person can use your computer with out messing it up, like I did.

The correct term is limited account or limited user profile or guest account if that is what you are using..

However; I have We-Care Reminder in my extensions and  I can't uninstall it. The instruction for uninstalling it does not work.

That strange. I've never had an extension not uninstall with the normal procedure.

Do this then...

Start Firefox and go to Help, Troubleshooting Information. Then Application Basics, Profile Folder, Show Folder. A Windows Explorer will open showing your profile folder. CLOSE FIREFOX! Open the extensions folder and delete the folder wecarereminder@bryan.

Start FF and confirm that the extension is gone.

Smart Doctor, don't know what else to suggest. Read the last reply here and maybe register there and post your problem.

I tried Revo Uninstaller but, same problem. However; I have We-Care Reminder in my extensions and  I can't uninstall it. The instruction for uninstalling it does not work.

Anyway, back to Smart Doctor; After it comes up on my screen I get an error "can not load EIO.DLL." is this something I can get uninstall?

You should have mentioned all that but anyways try Revo Uninstaller

Like any other program, Go to add or remove programs and uninstall it.

Thanks but, I tried that and about everything on the Web. It will not come off my user file but, it's not on my administration file.

It's just one of those things that won't come off no matter what I do, like the other problem I have with:

I have read through sites and this problem goes back for many years and I think I should have control of my own computer with out having to pay for another program to fix it.
