As the title says i bought this controller today plugged it into my TOSHIBA windows 7 64-bit PC and it turned on failed to install a driver and turned off. There is still power going to it because its LED button works. I tried to trouble shoot the problem and it told me it had no driver. I installed the Microsoft Xbox 360 accessories program and that didnt help either.

I didn't get one when I downloaded it back in June. Maybe something has changed since then on the site.

I just purchased this controller and was running into the same issue with Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit, but I did find a workaround as it appears there are no natural drivers for this controller.

Somebody on a forum at vba-m.com (I previously was not familiar with this site) has released basically a super driver that covers many third party controllers. As far as I can tell there hasn't been any issue with malware or anything of the sort and it has worked great for me.

Naturally I would assume Microsoft would advise against it since it's not a licensed product, so you go in at your own risk kind of, but it's the only working option I have found and I hope it stays up so others with our same issue can have a working controller on their PC.

The link to the forum is here, and downloads are at the top of the page via Skydrive or Mediafire.

    Hope this helps everyone!
