Hi,
1. How are you trying to update the drivers?
2. Do you get any error message/code?
Method 1: Update the drivers from Device manager
a. Hit Win + R on the keyboard
b. Type Devmgmt.msc and hit OK
c. Right click on the driver and select update
Method 2: I would suggest you to visit creative support and try to download the drivers manually:
