Unable to install Dell Bluetooth drivers in Windows 7

Hello sir,

I am using Dell Inspiron 15- 3521.

Presently I am using Windows 7 Professional Genuine.

There are no drivers installed for Bluetooth wireless and Network controller.

so no Bluetooth device found in device manager.

But when i am trying to install my Bluetooth wireless + Network controller drivers.... It is getting displayed like "The Installer cannot run on this platform. Please select package for your Operating system".

What does that mean.... help me out sir....

Hi,

Is this issue confined to a specific file? Are you able to install other program successfully?

This issue normally occurs when the device is not compatible with the current configuration of the system.

I would suggest you to download and install the latest chipset driver from Dell website before installing the wireless/bluetooth driver.
