- Which browser are you using?
- Are you getting any error message when you try to upload file?
- Is the issue confined to Monster website?
- Have you made any recent changes to the computer?
I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below if you are using Internet Explorer.
If you are using Modern UI Internet Explorer, we would recommend you to use Desktop Internet Explorer as Modern UI doesn’t use any add-ons and plug-ins. You -can perform the following troubleshooting steps and check if it helps

You might be able to solve some problems by running a troubleshooter that will automatically fix some common issues with Internet Explorer Performance.
a) Press the ‘Windows + W’ key on the keyboard.
