    Hi Sharon,

I understand that you are unable to upload resume to Monster.

    1. Which browser are you using?
    2. Are you getting any error message when you try to upload file?
    3. Is the issue confined to Monster website?
    4. Have you made any recent changes to the computer?

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below if you are using Internet Explorer.

If you are using Modern UI Internet Explorer, we would recommend you to use Desktop Internet Explorer as Modern UI doesn’t use any add-ons and plug-ins. You -can perform the following troubleshooting steps and check if it helps

Method 1: Run the Internet Explorer Performance Troubleshooter and check if it helps. ****

You might be able to solve some problems by running a troubleshooter that will automatically fix some common issues with Internet Explorer Performance.

    a) Press the ‘Windows + W’ key on the keyboard.

    b) Type Troubleshooter in the Search box and then press Enter.

    c) Select Troubleshooting. Click on View All and select Internet Explorer Performance.

    d) Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Method 2: Videos won't play or WebPages won't display correctly ****

Follow the instructions on the link below to see why WebPages won’t display properly and to troubleshoot such issues.

Typical Microsoft "Cut and Paste" answer.  Please believe that some of us are actually NOT MORONS.

I too are having the exact same issue.

    Internet Explorer 11

    Windows 8.1

several web sites experience misc issues (when switching to firefox most are resolved).
