Either you have to do a boot time scan using a bootable cd/dvd or you have to take your hard disk out and find a laptop hard to usb connector and plug it in to usb port in an uninfected pc and have a scan. Else nothing to do.. No other options i can see

What makes u prevent using these steps ????

Restart and press f8 continuously and login tosafe mode with networking..

Use one scanner at a timeDownload hitman pro 3.7**(shareware and can be activated for 30 days free)**and have a full system scan.. http://www.surfright.nl/en

    And/or

use malwarebyte have a full system scanhttp://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

And/or use TDSS Killer have a full system scan..: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-tdss-tdl3-alureon-rootkit-using-tdsskiller

    Hi,

I would suggest you to refer to the link to run Windows Defender offline and check for the resolution in context to this issue.

Note: Windows Defender Offline helps protect your PC by scanning it to remove root kits and other advanced malware that can't always be detected by antimalware programs.

We recommend that you download Windows Defender Offline and create the CD, DVD, or USB flash drive on a PC that isn't infected with malware—the malware can interfere with the media creation.

Note: Any data files that are infected may only be cleaned by deleting the file entirely, which means there is a potential for data loss.

    Hope it helps.
