Unfortunately as it is now, all Windows Phones have a limit set. This is to save your data plan. I think, partly because most people think their data plan is unlimited even though no data plan is truly unlimited.
Downloading large files over cellular data
Hello,
Can't Microsoft help add a possible solution to aid app downloads over a cellular network? In Nokia Trailers app, I have that option to download over a cellular network, neglecting the WiFi. Not everyone has the chance and opportunity to subscribe for a WiFi data plan. Data sense that comes with Lumia Amber update has the option but I'm still required by the store to download over WiFi. I have to wait till lecture day to use the schools' WiFi. My mobile operator after inquiring gave me the assurance I was on an unlimited data plan. Does Microsoft has any solution for this?
Thanks

The idea the Western world WiFi is more prevalent and cheaper than mobile data, but it ignores those who pretty much JUST have their phones. I agree this needs to be configurable, and was wondering if you set DataSense to unlimited if it will allow you to download everything over mobile data.
