Cox Cable. Both of us get the internet through them. Are they the connection?

    Hi Christina,

How is your friend’s computer connected to the internet?

We need to know about the type of internet connection, of your friend’s computer to provide you the exact steps to use it. To share the internet connection, either the computers should have to be on the same network or you can use your friend’s computer as a hotspot and share the connection.

Do get back to us with more information about the issue, so that we could guide you in proper direction.
