how do I get rid of Btrieve Error:30

Hello,

I need some help, I recently had a total crash on my laptop and cutting a very long story short, I have managed to get my operating system of Windows 8 Pro re-installed (3 year extended warranty not worth the paper it is printed on).  I have managed to get all my user software installed, but when I restored 'TAS Basics' my accounts software and tried to open it, I get the message 'VAT Rates File Btrieve Error: 30'.  How do I remove this problem?

Any help will be gratefully received.

Jeremy
