This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. (Code 12)
It looks like you might be using more than one network device at the same time and it may create conflicts. You may check the status of network drivers in device manager.
a. Press Windows key + R.
b. Type 'devmgmt.msc'
c. Expand 'Network adapters'
Let us know the drivers installed.
I would also suggest you to perform the steps provided.
Method 1: Perform Network adapter troubleshooter.
a. Press Windows + W key on the keyboard..
b. Type troubleshooting in the search tab and press
Enter.
c. Click View all on left panel**.**
d. Click Network Adapter, new window will popup.
e. Follow the on screen instructions.
Method 2:
Many network connection problems are caused by hardware that isn't set up properly. It could also occur if the wireless adapter is not compatible with Windows 8.1.
