"And if i wanted to look hard enough"
That's the point. I didn't look hard at all. That page is what came up first, so it's contains the most commonly linked sites for that search (theoretically).
If Bridge Constructor uses a modified d3d9_.dll, I assume it would normally be in the games folder in
your Steam Apps\ Common folders. If it is missing, or corrupt, then reinstalling the game may fix the issue, or you may be able to download a new copy to put in the games install folder with the games .exe.
Interesting, this d3d9.dll_unloaded. I would guess the unloaded part is there just to indicate the file is
modified from the MS version, as it comes after the extension. It would be interesting to know
what it's about.
EDIT: I see you have edited while I was typing.
MSE may not be enough. You really should run a scan with Malware Bytes (the most commonly suggested software to cross check with).
It never hurts to double check if you start having problems after downloading anything
from a torrent site. Torrents are the most common places to pick up malware due to the rapid
exchange of data between machines which may not be well protected.
