    Hello Rudi,

Can you share more info on what scenario or Bluetooth device is not working?

Can you share Bluetooth Radio information using the following steps?

    a. Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.

    b. Expand "Bluetooth" node to find the Bluetooth Radio info. e.g. "Qualcomm Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0 + HS"

    Hello Rudi

Your system does not have an orginal bluetooth driver provided anymore by Dell since it was never designed for Windows 8.1 (http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/Product/inspiron-1545)

You could try to install the Windows 7 driver, AT YOUR OWN RISK

    http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/alienware-m11x-r2?driverId=ttw58&fileId=2939863973

Not sure however that it will work mate.

    Dell wireless Bluetooth 365 module

The Dell Wireless Bluetooth 365 Module is a Broadcom card and supported by the Broadcom Bluetooth Update:

    http://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth/update.php

I have finished most of my unofficial driver sets for Windows 7 and am beginning updating some of them for Windows 8.1, I haven't had anyone fully test them for the Inspiron 1545 yet but they are here:

    http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/driver-sets/inspiron-laptops-windows-7/inspiron-1545-windows-8-1-64-bit/

I am particularly interested if the following work for you, the AMD card (if you have that variant) and the IDT Audio and Dell Quickset.

    Hi,

Check with Dell Support, their on-line documentation and drivers, and ask in their forums

about any known issues. Also check with the actual Bluetooth device maker's support and

    drivers.
