Original Title - Winbond CIR Transceiver..

There is a yellow triangle with ! inside of it. I don't know what it is or how to fix it. Can someone help but I am not really 'IT savvy' so clear explanation of what i am to do would help.  I upgraded to Windows 8 in January if that is any help. Thanks

I have the same problem on Acer Aspire 5739G with Windows 8 x64:

After this I tried installing these drivers:

    http://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Driver/MIR/MIR_WinBond_8.1.63.5001_W8x64U_A.zip?acerid=634862160137668693

They are ment for Windows 8 x64, but got this error during the installation:

Finally I tried these drivers: http://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Driver/CIR/CIR_WinBond_8.1.63.2001_W7x64_A.zip?acerid=634272215441791125&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=ASPIRE&Step3=ASPIRE%208950G&OS=711&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=PA_6

They are from other Acer laptop x64 bits, but for Windows 7. The thing is that they get installed successfully, but error persists. But then I try to uninstall and they hang up and in the log i found this error:

I will try to perform this command in cmd admin, if it still doesn't work will try to restard if it still doesn't work will try original from their website for my model specific CIR drivers, though I tried them some time ago, they go alright at the beginning but after restart back to same all windows cannot load driver state (code 31).

Update: After cmd is performed, basically the path doesn't exist.

Right click your device, Properties, Drive tab and update driver.
