ISdone.dll error while installing PES 2013

Got ISdone.dll error while installing PES 2013. It said that 

"An error occurred while unpacking: Does not match checksum! Unarc.dll returned an error code -12

ERROR: file F:\Program Files (x86)\MiNi_Games\PES 2013\img\dt00_e.img failed CRC check"

Can anyone help me to fix this issue?

    A file in the installation package seems to be corrupted (resulting in checksum error), or it could be a bad burn or damaged media. I'd try a different DVD.

    And what is the source of this version of PES 2013 that requires 'unpacking' from an image ?

    Sounds like the third request for help with a nefarious PIRATED copy of a game in two days.
