2012-09-24T15:34:40+00:00 I had this problem and Epson Tier 2 support figured it out for me. It came from having a different type of printer (Dell) installed previously. You have to uninstall other printers and/or find the old driver directory on your computer and delete it. Sorry I don't remember the details, but Epson can walk you through it if you give them these hints. (Tier 1 had no idea, so it may take a while.)

2011-01-24T09:07:47+00:00 What model is your Epson Printer?
This is unreported in Google "1xcrtwds.ds". What is the path to the file?
Can you locate it using Windows Explorer. Right click on the file to see it's properties and where it comes from?
How old is this printer?
Hope this helps, Gerry Cornell
