    Hello Abraham,

This might be caused due to corrupted Startup Files on the computer.

    Perform the following troubleshooting methods:

    Method 1:

Perform Startup Repair from Windows Recovery Environment and check how it works.

Refer to the article “What are the system recovery options in Windows 7?” to know how to perform Start Repair from Windows Recovery Environment.

    Method 2:

If that doesn’t fix the issue, then you may have to perform System Restore to the previous point when it was working fine.

Refer to the article “What are the system recovery options in Windows 7?” to know how to perform System Restore from Windows Recovery Environment.

I hope this helps you to fix the issue. If the issue persists or you have any other issues with Windows, please do post it in Microsoft Community. We would be happy to help you.

    Hello Abraham,

I would suggest you to boot the computer using Windows 7 installation disc and then try to perform Startup Repair and System Restore.

Refer to the article provide in my previous replay to know how to open Windows Recovery Options using Windows 7 installation disc.

Try this and reply with the results. If issue persists we would be happy to help you further.
