Microsoft Stream VTT file conversion

Hi,

How do I convert the Microsoft Stream VTT transcript file into text or a word doc. The link I used previously is not working anymore.

I have been able to open the ZOOM transcription .VTT files with Microsoft NotePad. I hope this help :).
