Hi,
This issue usually occurs on wireless network connections. You may try these steps and check if that helps.
Method 1:
I would suggest that you turn off any security feature of wireless by following the steps given below.
a. Click Start and select Control Panel.
b. Double-click on Network Connections.
c. Right click on the wireless adapter and select Properties.
d. Choose Wireless Networks, click on your wireless network name and choose properties.
e. Under Network Authentication choose Open to turn off the wireless security.
f. Please try to connect.
Method 2:
Let’s remove all the wireless networks listed and then reboot the computer and try connecting to verify if that fixes the issue.
Follow the steps mentioned below to help resolve the issue.
a. Click Start and select Control Panel.
b. Open Network and Sharing Center.
c. Click Manage Wireless Networks.
d. Remove all wireless network listed in this list.
e. Restart computer and reconnect to your wireless network.
