My Wireless Xbox 360 Controller Receiver For Windows keeps losing its connection every 30 seconds.  The light rings on all connected controllers start flashing at the same time and then reconnect, sometimes in a different order, after a few seconds.

Please advise.

I just solved my problem with this issue. Many who had this problem say that the rumble feature was losing the battery pack connection. I noticed that when my fingers, which wrap around and touch the battery holder on the back,  would touch it it would cause my controller to shut off.

So I merely took off the battery pack and you will see four gold connectors on the controller inside the battery cavity. They depress. So on the battery pack itself I just put three label stickers (very small ones or just cut something up) to build up the battery pack with some thickness. This causes the four gold connectors to depress deeper and now when the pack is jarred it doesn't lose connection.

mine does not power off. the green light will just keep on spinning for about a minute then it will connect to the receiver again. after a while it will do the same thing. its not even turning off by itself. like usually you can just leave it on for 5 minutes and it will automatically power off and now as long as you have batteries inside it will just stay on until you remove the battery.

I am also having the same problem, I have tried the above steps any ideas what can be causing this? The controller is connected and works fine in game. But every 30seconds the controller disconnects flashing around in a circle and then reconnecting back again.

What can i do to resolve this?

    The driver was re-installed.

    The batteries are new.

How do I check if there is interference from other electronic devices?

    Hi,

We understand how frustrating this issue can be.

You can try reinstalling the wireless controller software and check if the issue gets resolved.

Also check if the issue exists after replacing the batteries.

Make sure there is no interference from other wireless electronic devices.
