I have a Samsung laptop i3 series - the synaptics touchpad V7.5 scroll not working. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it again, but still
the scroll will not work. I don't know if windows 8 is a problem with this touch pad or not it came with it installed. Would appreciate any assistance

Hi,
Check with Samsung Support, their on-line documentation, and drivers. Look for
BIOS, low level chipset drivers, and the other major on-board drivers. If no Windows
8 versions exist be sure to install the latest Windows 7 versions.

Then check with Synaptics direct for an updated Touchpad driver.
