I have a 6180HP printer. It is printing in red ink. I want to change the color to green. It shows green in preview but always prints in RED. How can I get it to stop printing in red?

The issue might be due to printer heads got jam. I would suggest you to clean the printer heads and check if that helps.
If the issue still persists, then I would suggest you to contact HP support.
