Hello guys :D

I had this problem yesterday, and look really weird because I have use many method to solve for "Stucking with welcome screen" or "Windows explorer is not responding". So this is the problem:

Like I said, I got the windows stucks with "Welcome" screen. But a long time later, just about 15 minutes it loaded complete. Well, THIS IS BIGGER TROUBLE: My desktop was black with my cursor!! About 10 more minutes, it back to normal BUT the icons were not loaded. And when I click any folder or right-click mouse, WINDOWS EXPLORER IS NOT RESPONDING (InPageCoFire error status code c0000185) and need to restart. I restart and again, not responding. My laptop is now like that, turn on, wait 15 minutes, and watch "Windows Explorer is not responding", and turn off.

It really makes me crazy. So I really appreciate for your help. Sorry if this question was asked before

Uh seems to be still freezing, you can try another way ! Enter Advanced Boot Options again, then choose "Safe Mode" option. Your windows load basic drivers and services which might help you enter windows desktop without encountering any problems. Once you're in safe mode, hit start menu and search for "cmd". Right click on "cmd" and them select "Run as administrator". When command prompt pops up, check your hard disk file system error by typing "chkdsk c: /f" (don't type quotation marks) whether "c:" is a drive letter on which your Windows 7 resides. Reboot your computer, then it check up disk file system for errors. When the scan has been finished and reboot, enter Advanced Boot Options again, choose "Safe Mode" again. And then open command prompt with administrator and type this command "sfc /scannow" (don't type quotation marks). SFC (system file checker) might check up your system files were healthy or not. Wait until after the scan was completed. Then restart your computer. If these tips didn't help, please update your status issue. :)

Well seem it passed the "welcome screen" faster, but it's still blackout when enter desktop about 7 minutes. but  something changed: the icon is loaded complete!! But still, when I click (simply left-click) on any icon or start menu, Windows Explorer is not responding, and need to restart

Plus, after 10 more minutes, I can now Refresh, and can enter foler, file BUT TAKE A LONG TIME! Seem the problem comes from Windows Explorer, right? Because after enter some folder, Windows Explorer has stopped working again!

    Hello, SkyHunter

Did you have at least 4GB of RAM enough to run Windows 7 64 bit efficiently? If not, you need to reinstall Windows 7 32 bit for better performance. If you have 4GB of RAM, that's might not be RAM issue. So, let's check your system. First, enter Advanced Boot Options by powering on your computer and then press "F8" key continuously. When the Advanced Boot Options pops up, I suggest you to select and enter "Last Known Good Configuration (Advanced)" for recovering your system configurations. Still not responding? Please tell me the status of issue :)
