    Hello John,

Welcome to Microsoft Community forum. We would be glad to help you.

    1. Are you referring to the UAC prompt, prompting you to enter the user name and password?
    2. What happens when you try to install the XP or Vista drivers?
    3. What do you mean when you say-‘I need user account authentication and this driver don't provide an option for auth.’

On the official website, drivers for your printer model for Windows7 are not available. I would suggest you to install the Windows vista drivers in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Firstly determine whether your Windows is 64 bit or 32 bit. Refer to the link below:

How to determine whether a computer is running a 32-bit version or 64-bit version of the Windows operating system.

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827218/en-us

After that go to the link below and select Drivers from the left panel and download the drives according to your Windows type.

If you still have issues please reply back with the required information.

    Thank you.

    Hello Deepak Toni,

No, it's not UAC prompt. My printer manage user quota. There are accounts on the printer, I have to connect with this account for quota. I need something like that http://itswiki.umf.maine.edu/files/2012/03/printerpreferences-AUTHENTICATION-2.jpg but windows update driver konica minolta di2510 PCL5 don't provide this form.

I have an erreur 0x000000c1 when I try to install windows vista 32/64 bits drivers (my windows is a 64 bits). I already try to uninstall all printers drivers but it don't solve probleme.

I cannot install drivers in compatibility mode because they aren't  programs but .inf files.

Thank you for your help and sorry for my bad bad english...

    Hello John,

Thank you for keeping us posted on the status of the issue.

    Go to the link: http://onyxftp.mykonicaminolta.com/download/SearchResults.aspx?productid=322

Select Drivers in the left panel. After that select Windows Vista(x64) as your operating system in the right panel and it will start the download for the drivers in the .exe format.

Or you can simply download the file by clicking on the link: http://onyxftp.mykonicaminolta.com/DownloadFile/Download.ashx?fileid=12333&productid=322

Follow the instruction given in the link below to run the driver in the compatibility mode.

You may also refer the below article:

The authentication feature is for the Equipment manufacturer Konica to provide. If you still are not able to get the correct drivers, I would suggest you to get in touch with them.

You can contact Konica support at: http://kmbs.konicaminolta.us/wps/portal/web/home/support/customer-care

Hope the information was useful. Please reply back if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you.
