visioneer one touch 5800 usb scanner

I have install disc for scanner ,but windows doesn't support this scanner is it out dated?

    Hi Michael,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community Forum.

    You can refer to Visioneer website, the model of the scanner (Visioneer One Touch 5800) specified is outdated.

    I would still suggest you to install driver in Compatibility mode and check if it works.

    Open the Program Compatibility troubleshooter
