Glad to know your keyboard is working now. Code 19 has become a common issue with Windows upgrade. Main reason is that customers install all kinds of software (virus checker, anti-spyware, remoting devices, firmware updater, etc) on their systems, and these
software end up installing class filters on various device stacks (typically keyboard, mouse, disk, USB) in a way that system cannot figure out how to migrate them cleanly. As a result, some registry entries get migrated and some don't. Sometimes all the registry
entries get migrated but the sys file is not copied to the right place.
Now in your case, the SynTP is a valid filter. This is provided by synoptics to enhance your keyboard/touchpad experience. I don't know much about CeKbFilter.sys. Bing query says that it is a Toshiba Flash Cards Support Driver from Compal Electronics. My
guess is one of them didn't get migrated correctly.
So my suggestion would be to add SynTP back to the registry (in the same order that you saw eariler) and see if that works. If it doesn't then remove and go to Toshiba's site and install the latest keyboard driver package again. If you are happy with the
keyboard experience you have right now with the inbox drivers then don't bother.
