This issue could be caused due to some incorrect settings or due to a corrupt driver. I would suggest you to try these steps and check:
Method 1: Hardware and devices troubleshooter
The hardware and devices troubleshooter can automatically detect and fix most of the incorrect settings and errors that could cause issues with hardware.
Refer to these steps to run this troubleshooter:
a)
Press Windows key +F to bring up the
search Charms bar.
b)
Type Troubleshooter and press enter; click on the
Settings tab below the search box.
c)
Click on the Find and Fix problems tile and then click on the
view all button the left pane.
d)
Click on the Hardware and devices troubleshooter and run it.
Method 2:
If the troubleshooter didn’t detect any issues, then the issue could be caused due to a corrupt or incompatible touch driver. In this case, I would suggest
you to download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer’s website and check. Here is a link to download the driver:
