    Hi,

Run the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool and check.

This tool detects and tries to fix some frequently occurring issues with the setup of or with updates to the Microsoft .NET Framework.

    Hi,

This is most likely caused by a faulty install of Net framework 3.0. Try a repair or reinstall of 3.0.

Refer to the following link, Ignore the thread title.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Please Go to add remove programs and select solid works

Click on uninstall or change and initiate the repair

    That should help you

if not only reinstallation would help

    Regards,
