    It worked for me.

I pressed Cap Lock, and then let go of the button. The cap lock light comes on.

    I then press Esc.

The blue outline is gone! Hurray!

    Thanks

Windows Key + Enter will turn it off

    Exiting Narrator

There are also different ways to exit Narrator. These are the two shortcuts many people prefer:

    • On a keyboard, press the Windows logo key  +Enter.
    • On a tablet, press the Windows logo button  and Volume Up button together.

Would you also like to know the orignal questioner's blood type, eye colour and middle name??  What sort of answer is this.

This is very unhelpful and annoying, there is a simple answer to this question and there is enough information in the original question!
