realplayer won't download videos and movies from the internet

I try to download a movie or a video from the internet and the realplayer download option caption doesn't appear on the screen and its not in a right button click on my mouse as a option. I have chosen realplayer as my default program to download music and or videos and movies. Can someone give me a solution.

    Hi, Rbrownbronx,

    (1) Connect to the Internet.

    (2) Start RealPlayer

    (3) Click "Tools"

    (4) Then click "Check for Updates".

    (5) Follow the instructions to install the Critical Updates. After that the "Download this video" button should reappear when watching videos

    Have you tried the above solutions?

    Tools > Internet Options > Programs Tab

    Click on Manage Add-ons

    Select Toolbars and Extensions

    Look for Real Player download and Re........

    Select it and click Disable

    Click Close

    Retry download

    Hello,

    Is the add-on enabled?

    Tools > Internet Options > Programs Tab > Manage Add-ons

    Enable Real Player if it is disabled

    Press Close

    1. Realplayer - File -> open and paste the youtube (video) URL in the box. hit OK
    2. Sign Out of Real Player

    Close

    Relaunch Real Player

    Sign In

    Retry video

    1. Click here to make sure you have the latest RealPlayer installed on your system. To check your version number from the RealPlayer itself, choose Help > About RealPlayer.

    4)  Verify cookies are enabled

    5)  When you try to download and it fails again, open Event Viewer and look in the Application Log for the Error with Event ID #.  Post back the message body with Event ID #
