Original Title: Small Screen
Has anyone else found, on opening a single window the screen comes up as a quarter (ish) of normal size. If so how did you correct this to full screen. I must report I had this problem a while ago and out of the blue it corrected itself, now it has come back

Then please click the Start-Button and type Windows Explorer in the searchbox. Look for Windows Explorer in the list and right-click on Windows Explorer. A new window pops up and on the bottom of it please click on Properties. In the new window click on the tab Shortcut and there look for the box named Run, click on the dropdown arrow and select maximized. Click Apply and OK.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to add Windows Explorer to your taskbar. You do that by again clicking the Start-Button, type Windows Explorer in the searchbox, look for Windows Explorer in the list, right-click it and choose Pin to taskbar.

Hi Alan!
Please try this:
Right click on the Windows Explorer icon in the taskbar. Then, in the jumplist, again right click on Windows Explorer. Then click 'Properties" and in the box named "Run", click on the dropdown arrow. Select maximized, click Apply, OK.
Hope that helps.
Cheers
Julia
