- What happens when you download Google Earth? Do you get any error messages?
- Are you able to download other porgram successfully?
- Which is the antivirus program installed on the computer?
I would suggest you to disable user account settings to never notify and check with the issue.
a. Press Windows key + W
b. Type “Change User Account Settings".
c. In the console, change the settings as per your requirement. If you want to disable it, you can keep it at “Never notify”.
d. Hit OK and you are OK to go.
Note: You may restore the settings back after the test.
