I am using a Lenovo E531 Notebook with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit and I accidentally disabled the scrolling for the touch pad .I tried everything but it still doesn't work. Is there anyone here who knows how to fix that?

The touchpad scrolling could have been disabled through the system reverting to a very basic driver or through user input by adjusting the options within the touchpad's configuration utility,

Click Start or tap the Windows key and type mouse the select Mouse from the Control Panel section of the list above. In the Mouse Properties dialog, go to the Touchpad tab to see if you can open the Lenova Touchpad utility from there.

If you are getting no satisfaction from locating or using the Lenova Touchpad utility, go to the Lenova E531 support site and download the latest drivers and utility software for your machine. I checked and the Lenova site seems to list it as a ThinkPad Edge E531. Due the site's webbot exclusion, you'll have to locate the model yourself starting at the link below.

You may be better off asking on a specific Lenovo forum, like - https://forums.lenovo.com/ or on the lenovo support site for your model of notebook.

It will probably vary depending upon the make of your specific touchpad, but on my PC which uses a Synaptics touchpad:

<control panel> ( set to view by Icons, not category ) <mouse> [device settings] tab, highlight the synaptics touchpad and click [settings] and under scrolling, tick as required 'one finger' or 'two finger' scrolling.

This all assumes that basically the touchpad is working and that its drivers are up to date.

    Hope it helps.
