i got the same error can you check me minidump file plz.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff80090516632, 0xffffd0002892dad0, 0x0000000000000000).

A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 021614-6250-01.

my config is windows 8.1

asus z87-pro

nvidia gtx760

corsair vengeance pro series 2 *4 gb

i updated my video driver and did this to refresh the driver stack

For Drivers check System Maker as fallbacks and Device Maker's which are the most current.

Control Panel - Device Manager - Display Adapter - write down the make and complete model

of your video adapter - double click - Driver's tab - write down the version info. Now click UPdate

Driver (this may not do anything as MS is far behind certifying drivers) - then Right Click -

Uninstall - REBOOT this will refresh the driver stack.

then i run the Run the Memory Diagnostics Tool and it found no error.

i will try the extended test.

    First STOP all over-clocking!

If that does not resolve the issue then check with the System Maker or ASUStek for warranty

repairs or replacement. If you built the computer yourself then use the methods in my previous

posts. And there may still be a hardware issue.

    1 - reset cmos.

    2 - reinstall windows

    3 -swap memory sticks

4 - run memory test 8 houers using Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility or windows memory test or http://www.memtest.org/

one error is related to the ai suite 3 from asus.

i run the 4 way optimisation (auto overclock setting).

the ai suite 3 suck you can mess up you system using this tool. i wont reinstall this program.

    Hi,

References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

This is my generic how to for proper driver updates :

This utility makes it easy to see which versions are loaded : Run DriverView - set VIEW to Hide

Microsoft drivers - update those without Dump in their names. (Also update the BIOS and

chipset drivers at the System/Motherboard Maker's site.)

DriverView - Free - utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.

For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,

description, version, product name, company that created the driver, and more.

    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/driverview.html

For Drivers check System Maker as fallbacks and Device Maker's which are the most current.

Control Panel - Device Manager - Display Adapter - write down the make and complete model

of your video adapter - double click - Driver's tab - write down the version info. Now click UPdate

Driver (this may not do anything as MS is far behind certifying drivers) - then Right Click -

Uninstall - REBOOT this will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat that for Network - Network Card (NIC), Wifi, Sound, Mouse and Keyboard if 3rd party

with their own software and drivers and any other major device drivers you have.

Now go to System Maker's site (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (as rollback) and then Device

Maker's site (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI as examples) and get their latest versions. (Look for

BIOS, Chipset and software updates at System Maker's site while there.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - Right Click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after

    each installation.

Always check in Device Manager - Drivers tab to be sure the version you are installing actually

shows up. This is because some drivers rollback before the latest is installed (sound drivers

particularly do this) so install a driver - reboot - check to be sure it is installed and repeat as

    needed.

Repeat at Device Makers - BTW at Device Makers DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - check

    manually by model.

Manually look at manufacturer's sites for drivers - and Device Maker's sites.

    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/ht/driverdlmfgr.htm

Installing and updating drivers in Windows 7 (updating drivers manually using the methods

above is preferred to ensure the latest drivers from System maker and Device makers are

    found)

    http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/43216-installing-updating-drivers-7-a.html

If you update drivers manually then it is a good idea to disable Driver Installations in Windows

Updates, this leaves Windows Updates ON however it will not install drivers which will usually

be older and cause issues. If Updates suggests a new driver then HIDE it (Right Click on it)

and then go look for new ones manually if you wish.

Memory tests do not catch all errors such as mismatched memory (possible even for sticks

that appear to be identical) and when faster memory is placed in system behind slower memory.

So it is best to also swap sticks in and out to check for those even if all memory tests fail to

    show a problem.

    Hi,

Results verified by WinDBG, DumpCHK, and BkueSceenView,

    The Bug_Check were 3B (2), D1, 124, 139, and 7E - when there are this many different

Bug_Check hardware is almost always involved.

    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff80090516632, ffffd0002892dad0, 0}

    Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+1d171d )

    BugCheck 139, {3, ffffd00024b2e780, ffffd00024b2e6d8, 0}

    Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+1d1b65 )

    1. All of the above were CAUSE nvlddmkm.sys dated 12/19/2013 Nvidia drivers.

    BiosVersion = 1504

BiosReleaseDate = 10/03/2013 <- check for updates to the BIOS, low level chipset drivers,

    2. Check with ASUStek Support, their on-line documentation and drivers, and ask in their

forums about any known issues. Update the BIOS, low level chipset drivers, and the major

on-board and separare device drivers. Of course be sure to also check with Nvidia Support,

their on-line drivers, and documentation, and ask in the Nvidia forums about any known

    3. Remove ALL power then reseat the cards, memory, and cables (on both ends when

possible) actually remove and replace - do not just snug. Clean out the dust bunnies,

clear the vents, and ensure the fans are all working. Try adding a small fan blowing into

the intakes to reducer the effects of heat (heat related does not always means excessive

heat since a component could be too sensitive to even the normal levels of heat).

    4. Check the processor, heat sink, and the compound between them.

    5. Check the memory very thoroughly. Keep in mind that memory test do not detect all

errors such as the tiny speed differences between memory modules that appear to be

identical. So it may be necessary to swap the modules in and out in different combinations

and patterns. (See memory test methods in the next message.)

    ==========================================================

Could be heat related - try using a small fan to blow into the air intakes to see if that helps.

Does it just act like it loses power or does it shutdown in a normal manner? Heat related

does not always mean too much heat as it is very possible that something is too sensitive

to even normal levels of heat

Remove ALL power and reseat all cards, memory, and cables (both ends when possible) -

actually remove and replace - do not just snug. Remove the dust bunnies and clean the

vents. Check that the fans work (before and after opening the case). If a laptop about all

you can do is reseat the memory and clean the vents (still can try adding a small fan as a

    test).

This sounds like hardware so if the above does not help then you probably need the help

of a real computer shop (not leeks and peeks at a Best Buy or other Big Box Stores) or the

    System Maker's Support.

This is usually heat related, defective hardware, memory or even processor though it is

"possible" that it is driver related (rare). Remove ALL power and reseat all cards, memory

and cables (on both ends) - actually remove and replace - do not just snug. Make sure

the system has adequate ventilation - add a small fan blowing into intakes. Carefully

inspect the motherboard and other cards for damage. Pay attention to the fatal hardware error implication. You may need a real computer shop (not leeks and peeks at a BestBuy

or other BigBox stores) or the System maker's Support.

Check the processor seating, heat sink, and the compound between the processor and

the heat sink which are common causes.

There have been a few instances where Norton/Symantec and other antivirus/security
