Bluetooth software for windows 7 64-bit

When I re-installed my Windows 7 32-bit to Windows 7 64-bit, everything is fine, just that I found out that my Bluetooth software is not there on my PC i.e. it is not installed, but before re-installing my windows my Bluetooth worked fine and I could do all types of file transfer etc. My laptop is manufactured by HCL . Please give me the link for getting it.

    Thats the problem the Setup file dosent open, I have RAR but the setup folder shows error messages
