    Hi Rus,

    a)       Which game are you trying to transfer?

Transferring the game progress depends on type of the game you have installed. Some games are designed to save the progress in Document folder others it will be saved in game installation folder. You need to check with the game vendor or their support site in order to know the exact location of save folder.

You may try this steps and check if it helps:

Make sure the game is installed on both machines prior to transferring.

    a)       On the 1^st^ PC navigate to folder where you have saved game.

    b)       Note: Your “Games” folder may be named ‘MyGames’ or something similar.

    c)       Copy the contents to a portable device (i.e. flash drive).

    d)       Paste the contents on the 2^nd^ PC in the ‘Saves’ folder.

That’s all there is to it. Load up the game and you should have the saved progress content available. If you need more help on this, I would suggest you to contact your game support site.

Hope this helps. If you need further assistance with Windows, let us know and will be glad to help.

Thank you for your response, I am sorry if I was not very clear before.

The games that I want to transfer progress are Disney game (where is my water, where is my mickey, where is my Perry).  These are Windows 8.1 app games, so not regular PC games as we all know it before.

    Thanks.

    Hi Rus,

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer the progress from one computer to another computer on Windows 8.1 Store app games. You may also contact Disney support site and check:

    Thanks and regards
