Dear, I am getting a bad time to join a Windows 10 Home notebook to Azure AD.
OOBE is not an option, Settings->Work and School -> Connect does not show "Join this device to AAD", Bulk enrollment gives an error "Provisioning failed", and Auto-pilot doesn't work for Home edition.
How should I join this Windows 10 Home?

If you have a Microsoft 365 Premium account it comes with a license for Windows 10 Business. Do you have to reimage the machine to Windows 10 Business, from Home edition to connect to Azure AD? It should see the license when you attempt to sign in, and assign the license to the computer.
I would also love to know the answer to this. While talking to Microsoft, evaluating M365 Business Premium, I specifically asked if I would be able to upgrade a few machines my company bought at Best Buy. The answer they gave was "yes". This does not seem to be the case...

I have a case opened with MSFT for this very thing. I have several computers running Win10 Home that I want to join to our M365 Premium Azure AD. I realize they need to be upgraded first - but my Premium subscription is supposed to come with a license for Win10 Business. We are all asking how we can upgrade our existing Win10 home machines without having to do a $99 purchase in the store - as again - the subscription is supposed to include that.
Can someone shed some light on this please?

The easiest way to accomplish it is to disconnect it from any network, then apply Microsoft's generic W10 Pro key " VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T" , then reboot. This will install all the necessary features. The next step is to reconnect to a network and join the system to Azure AD using the account with a valid subscription applied.

You do not need to re-imagine the machine. See my response above to make the migration steps.

This is very very upsetting... concept-azure-ad-join clearly says "All Windows 10 devices"! I don't believe I invested so much time because of such a gross error on a Microsoft document!

If you want to domain join your computer, you'll need to upgrade to Windows 10 Professional.
