Hi,

Read this from Apple:

If you can't install or update iTunes for Windows

________________________________________

Uninstall everything as per Apple's instructions:

"Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later"

https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204275

Uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order:

  1. iTunes
  2. Apple Software Update
  3. Apple Mobile Device Support
  4. Bonjour
  5. Apple Application Support 32-bit
  6. Apple Application Support 64-bit

On some systems, you might see two versions of Apple Application Support or iTunes. This is expected. If you see two versions, make sure that you uninstall both.

Or use this Program to remove it:

"Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates"

https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-6562

Download iTunes 12.4.3 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards)

Then download and save iTunes to the Desktop > then right click  > select Run as Administrator to install.
