Change and/or delete Seattle Picture

Is there any way to change the Seattle picture that shows prior to logging in and signing off? I am NOT talking about the LOCK SCREEN; I know how to change that. (Single PC, one user, running Windows 8) Thanks.

Another stupid response. Are you kidding me. Why do Microsoft engineers keep going back to the lock screen. I think it is time to return this new pc and go back to the Apple product.

I am NOT talking about the Lock Screen or Account User Screen. I am talking about the pre-login screen/ logout screen. The same thing that is being discussed in these questions
