X: drive PRB Image shows red almost full, what is this?

Just installed Windows 8.1, now see an X: PRB Image with 275 MB free of 13.5 GB in red.  What is this, how do I fix it? Does it need fixed?

    Thank you for the reply.

    PBR Image drive and WINRETOOLS drive are the recovery partitions and contain the recovery image (PBR Image) and Windows Recovery Environment tools (WINRETOOLS). The reason why it is showing in red is that this drive had got very little free space.They are important for recovering the system in case of a software issue and should not be deleted.

    The PBR  and WINRETOOLS drives are provided by Dell. I would suggest you to create a recovery drive. Follow the steps given in the link below.

    • Whew, here is the image, so this is an extra drive but I don't know what it is or means.

    can I delete the image to save data as i have recovered successfully and i don''t need other back saved things so can i delete it ?

    1.  The installation of Windows 8.1 was an automatic download from Microsoft Windows giving me a short time to download the product for free.  I just hit the download button.

    2.  Partitions:  OS C: 855 GB free of 916GB

        Local Disk W:  56.2 MB free of 349MB

      PRB Image X:  275 MB free of 13.5 GB (this is the red one)

      Winretoools Y:  224 MB free of 499 MB

      Local Disc Z:  56.2 MB free of 349 MB

    3.  Total memory when purchased was 6 GB with Hard Drive of 1 TB

    4.  Bought in 2013 Dell XPS One 2710 Model 4DM

    Hi,

    It appears that you have installed Windows 8.1 and it shows 75 MB free of 13.5 GB in red.
