Installing Kindle App Error 0x80010002

I recently updated to Windows 8.1 and everything was working fine.  Now, however, when I tried to install the Kindle app from the store, I repeatedly get the error message 0x80070002.  I've run the diagnostics and it says there have been changes to my security system, but I haven't made any.  I've tried the other fixes and nothing works.  Any suggestions?
