SQL Server Installation (sqlboot.dll

Every time I restart my computer I get an error message that reads:

Your SQL server installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with (unable to load sqlboot.dll) Please install then re-run setup to correct this problem.

Is there an easy fix for this or possibly a program that can do it for me? I'm not sure what kind of damage this error is doing to my computer but it's pretty annoying to see it constantly. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware has an option to do a flash scan which says it can fix problems with the performance of my computer but of course you have to pay to use that setting. If that can fix this issue then I will pay for it but I don't want to waste money if it won't work. Any help or suggestions? I greatly appreciate your time.
