I've lost my microsoft office picture manager. How do I get it back?

My microsoft office picture manager has disappeared! 

Please help me recover it.

    You must have Office installed to have picture mgr. It will be listed as Microsoft Office Picture Manager if you have Office 2003. Check the All Programs list on the Start Page by clicking the down arrow on the left bottom. The Picture Manager is not included with Office 2013. What office version do you have? If you just upgraded to Windows 8 or directly to 8.1 you need to reinstall Office.
