I downloaded the drive or so here

And now I see it on Device mananger and network but it is not connected to anything. How do you use it to connect to a network? are their are user friendly way to connect to mulitply wireless networks?
I heard you can do alot more with it then just connect to other wireless at the same time, that with that I can do hotspot. Is it a different feature or a branch of the same and can be done by this simply install?
