- Do you face same issue with all external Devices?
- Did you check the hard drive status in the Disc Management?
When you connect a device to your PC, such as a printer, mouse, or keyboard, Windows automatically tries to install the correct driver for your device. If Windows can't find a driver for the device, here are several suggestions
you can try. Refer to these methods and check.

Method 2:
Refer to these steps to open the Disc Management.
- Press Windows and R keys together.
- Type in diskmgmt.msc and press enter.
Check the hard drive status in the Disc Management. If there is no drive letter assigned to hard drive, assign a drive letter to hard drive and check.
a. Right-click a partition, logical drive, or volume, and then click Change Drive Letter and Paths.
b. Do one of the following:
- To assign a drive letter, click Add, click the drive letter you want to use, and then click OK.
- To modify a drive letter, click it, click Change, click the drive letter you want to use, and then click OK.
- To remove a drive letter, click it, and then click Remove.
