Were there any changes (hardware or software) made to the computer prior to the issue?
NVCPL.DLL is part of the Nvidia Control Panel which normally loads at startup. You probably just need to re-install your Nvidia graphics adapter drivers. If you have any problems with that or need to download the newest drivers you can get help at the Nvidia web site.
Method 1: Perform the steps mentioned below and see if it helps.
a: Press Windows key + X
b: Then click Device Manager
c: Now Expand Display adapter
d: Now right click on the name of your adapter and select update driver software.
Method 2: Place the computer in clean boot and check if it helps.
