To resolve the issue with Realtek sound card, follow these methods:
Method 1:
First, I would suggest you update the Realtek sound card drivers on the computer by downloading it from the manufacturer’s website and check if it helps.

Method 2:
You may try to follow these steps to change the equalizer and check if it helps:
- Open the Realtek sound card user interface. This will bring you to the screen where you can make detailed settings for the device, and can customize the equalizer.
- Click on the "Sound Effects" tab. Right beside the equalizer you will see a box that you will have to highlight with your mouse. When highlighted, it will give you the option to "Change To Graphic EQ."
- Click on that button to activate the Realtek Equalizer for the device.
