Hi Madasiri,
Were there any changes made on the computer prior to the issue?
This issue might occur if the folder is used by Java process. Follow these methods to troubleshoot the issue:
Method 1:
Step 1:
I would suggest you to restart the computer in **safe mode** with networking and check if the issue persists.
Step 2:
If the issue doesn’t occur in Safe mode, you may try to restart the computer in **clean boot** mode to check if any third party application is causing the issue, as clean boot helps in eliminating software conflicts.
Note: After troubleshooting, see the section “How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting” to return the computer to a Normal startup mode.
Method 2:
You may try to follow these steps and try to kill the Java process:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Escape (Esc) key to bring up the Task Manager.
- Click on More details if you are not seeing all the details and tabs.
- Click on the Processes tab.
- Check if you are able to find any process related to Java.
- Right click on the process and click on End task.
- Now try to delete the folder and restart the computer.
