    Hi,

Dedicated video memory settings will be made on BIOS. I would suggest you to increase the dedicated video memory in the BIOS by referring to the computer manufacturer website or the manual.

You may try installing latest version of the graphic card drivers and check if it helps.

    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=3rd+Generation+Intel%c2%ae+Core%e2%84%a2+Processors+with+Intel%c2%ae+HD+Graphics+4000

If the issue persists, you may try installing latest BIOS updates from the manufacturer’s website and see if it makes any difference.

Note: Modifying BIOS/complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.

Keep us posted on the status of the issue.

Same problem here. Please fix it back to at least 128MB shared memory.

Gateway NV76R with the latest BIOS update en graphic cards update.

Because when i bought my pc it stated 128MB of shared memory. Now i can't play the oder games.

Im so tired of things changing behind my back. I demand that you restore it bacjk to its original state. It's not normal that you change things and let us suffer for this.

I'm tired of things keep going bad instead of better!

Thanks for the response, I have the latest driver installed and my BIOS version is 2.18, there's nothing for me in the new BIOS v2.21, Intel have stated that the Memory management is handled by the OS and they left it to MS to manage it, I have not been allowed to adjust video memory in BIOS and that's normal for any laptops ( Acer have locked BIOS), unless MS comes up with some update to increase the video memory, I'm out of luck. BTW, in BIOS it shows as 64MB for video memory.

I'm going to ditch Intel chipsets in my future purchases and switch to AMD, that seems to be another solution for this problem.

Same, but I only have, like, 29MB. One difference is that I'm on Windows 10. And, on Ubuntu, I've had 256MB.
