SAMSUNG ATIV TAB 3 {XE300TZC-K01MY} can't access internet after update from windows 8 to windows 8.1

when I tried to connect to the wifi modem it shows connected but it also shows limited connection.This made me can't access internet . What is the problem and its solution?

Hi Victor,

Thank you for replying with the status of the issue.

I would like to know if you have tried Method 1, if yes then what is the results.

If still the issue persists, then download the Network Adapter/Wi-Fi drivers from Samsung website and then try installing it compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Step 1: Download the drivers from the Samsung website.

Step 2: Install the driver in compatibility mode.

Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/older-programs-compatible-version-windows

Please reply with the status of the issue, so that we can confirm that the issue is resolved.

    HI, I'm sorry for my english but I speak Italien. 

    I had the same problem, I tried to follow your intructions but it still doesn't work. I cannot downloading update or anything else needs internet. I update my Samsung Ativ tab 3 to win 8.1 succesfully and then my keyboard didn't work, but I resolved this problem downloading the new Bluetooth Driver by the SW update. I started downloading all the updates but internet stop working. I tried everything and then I've "restore to an earlier date" (I don't know how to say in english, sorry) the tablet. I "restored" and it was again than before with internet working and the keyboard not. So i update just the bluetooth driver and the Wireless one. The tablet said to me it had to restart for finish installetion. When I did it was again the same problem: internet doesn't work! I am connected, because the WIFI shows there is connection, but the tablet cannot open internet pages....

    Please, please help me!

    I didn't get any error code or message. I was upgrade to windows8.1 successfully.Then I was trying the method 2  the result shows me the driver software for my device is up to date.

    Usually this issue is caused due to driver compatibility issues or due to Internet settings issues. I would like to know some information about this issue so that we could assist you further.

    1. Do you get any error code or error message?
    2. Were you able to upgrade to Windows 8.1 successfully?
    3. Have you installed all the updated network drivers?

    I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if it works for you.
