I would like to know if you have tried Method 1, if yes then what is the results.
If still the issue persists, then download the Network Adapter/Wi-Fi drivers from Samsung website and then try installing it compatibility mode and check if it helps.
Step 1: Download the drivers from the Samsung website.

Step 2: Install the driver in compatibility mode.
Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/older-programs-compatible-version-windows
